We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with strong knowledge of bonded warehouse (bodega fiscal) operations and customs-related documentation. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in the movement and storage of goods under customs control.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
Manage and maintain accurate documentation for bonded warehouse operations, including customs forms, permits, and inventory controls.
Prepare, review, and follow up on customs-related paperwork (e.g., import/export documentation, transit forms, fiscal warehouse records).
Ensure all processes within the bonded warehouse adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Act as liaison between customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational or compliance issues.
Monitor inventory under bonded status and support reconciliation and audit processes.
Support warehouse planning and ensure proper handling of goods within fiscal regulations.
Identify and implement improvements to logistics and compliance processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in logistics, bonded warehouse operations, or customs processes.
Knowledge of customs documentation, forms, and procedures related to bodega fiscal (highly desirable).
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, especially in document management.
Experience working with customs brokers or regulatory entities is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
