    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with strong knowledge of bonded warehouse (bodega fiscal) operations and customs-related documentation. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in the movement and storage of goods under customs control.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate documentation for bonded warehouse operations, including customs forms, permits, and inventory controls.
    • Prepare, review, and follow up on customs-related paperwork (e.g., import/export documentation, transit forms, fiscal warehouse records).
    • Ensure all processes within the bonded warehouse adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Act as liaison between customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational or compliance issues.
    • Monitor inventory under bonded status and support reconciliation and audit processes.
    • Support warehouse planning and ensure proper handling of goods within fiscal regulations.
    • Identify and implement improvements to logistics and compliance processes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
    • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, bonded warehouse operations, or customs processes.
    • Knowledge of customs documentation, forms, and procedures related to bodega fiscal (highly desirable).
    • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, especially in document management.
    • Experience working with customs brokers or regulatory entities is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
