Job Title: Foundation Services Analyst

Location: Princeton, NJ

Type of Employment: Temporary, 3 Months

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: In Office Monday through Thursday, Remote Friday

Hourly: $30 - $34/hr

Job Summary:

LHH is partnering with a nonprofit organization in Princeton, NJ to hire a temporary Foundation Services Analyst. This position is onsite Monday through Thursday with remote work on Fridays. The hours are 8:00AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday (37.5-hour work week). The qualified candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in field related to analysis, advanced Microsoft Excel skills (will be tested) and a strong ability to interpret data while also being comfortable with administrative and facilities tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Take raw data given by manager and compile into an Excel spreadsheet

  • Analyze data and provide an overview of findings

  • Put together PowerPoint presentations with given information

  • Review and interpret employee experience survey data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting and event spaces, including tables, chairs, and equipment.

  • Prepare conference rooms according to meeting specifications and ensure rooms remain clean and fully stocked.

  • Provide onsite support for meetings and events, including basic audio/visual troubleshooting.

  • Support both routine meetings and high-profile events.

  • Receive, sort, inspect, and distribute incoming, outgoing, and overnight mail and packages.

  • Maintain mailroom equipment, postage systems, and storage areas.

  • Manage inventory and coordinate purchasing of office and meeting supplies.

  • Provide technical and administrative support for overnight shipping services, travel operations, and corporate card management.

  • Additional tasks as assigned

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • Advanced Excel skills with reporting and data analysis experience

  • Ability to review and interpret data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
