Position: Administrative and Logistics Coordinator - Full-time

(Hybrid remote – SE Wisconsin)

Our team is seeking a dynamic Administrative and Logistics Coordinator. This
remote role acts as the operational hub, delivering unparalleled service and
seamless communication to our advisors, families, facilities, and senior
communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide informative guidance to families regarding senior care option
  • Efficiently manage and delegate incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring priority issues are addressed promptly.
  • Demonstrate superior typing and organizational capabilities.
  • Exhibit proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keep our CRM system updated with the latest information.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar arrangements.
  • Offer field support to Advisors.
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates have acute attention to detail, is a team player, has exceptional
organizational abilities and superior communication talents, both verbal and
written. Background in senior living, home care or healthcare is required.
