Description

A highly respected investment firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its close-knit administrative team. This role operates within a collaborative, team-based support model, offering the opportunity to partner with multiple investment professionals while working alongside a highly tenured and supportive group of administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a group of investment professionals, partnering with the broader administrative team to ensure seamless coverage and support.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with scheduling across multiple executives and teams.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
  • Process expense reports, prepare meeting materials, and assist with presentations and other administrative needs.
  • Serve as a flexible resource within the administrative team, stepping in to provide coverage and support wherever needed.
  • Manage ad hoc projects and administrative requests while maintaining a high level of organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably within financial services, investment management, or a professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • High level of attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $100,000 – $110,000, plus discretionary bonus.
