Job Description: Administrative Assistant at Extract Wellness
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer incoming calls and emails, and redirect them when necessary.
- Manage the company's filing system and update records as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the wellness or CBD industry is a plus.
