Administrative Assistant 1

** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to fill a five-month contract assignment in the Carrollton, GA area.


This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Work Location: Carrollton, Georgia

PPE: This is an administrative position, but the standard is that all employees have access to the following PPE: hard hat, protective eyewear, closed-toe shoes (steel-toed boots are not required for this position).


Responsibilities:

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment
• Processing, tracking, and coordinating the completion of staff timesheets and procurement card reports
• Ensuring adherence to applicable Company administrative, accounting and compliance procedures
• Maintaining office supplies
• Coordinating meetings and events
• Managing travel arrangements
• Coordinating office relocations
• Creating and tracking project correspondence
• Performing miscellaneous assignments as directed
• The position is at a large construction site serving several new projects
