Summary
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant 1 to support daily operations, logistics, and classroom training coordination for a variety of learning programs.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail?oriented professional who thrives in a fast?paced, hands?on environment. The Administrative Assistant will work independently with minimal supervision while supporting training programs, stakeholders, and training center operations.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a large enterprise environment, support impactful learning programs, and build strong administrative and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Training Operations & Coordination
- Communicate with trainees and internal stakeholders
- Schedule classes, send invitations, and manage LMS registrations
- Prepare, print, collate, and distribute training materials
- Ensure classrooms, materials, and technology are ready prior to sessions
- Set up rooms according to program requirements
- Manage attendance records and training documentation
- Support program evaluation collection and reporting
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Update and distribute training reports
- Compile and organize data for training improvements
- Manage training records based on participant attendance
- Assist with inventory management of training sample products
- Perform additional operational and administrative duties as needed
Facilities & Logistics Support
- Coordinate catering orders for training sessions
- Ensure training rooms meet quality and operational standards
- Support overall training center operations and general facility quality
Required Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent minimum, Bachelor highly preferred
- 2-3+ years minimum of administrative, coordination, or operational support experience
- Experience supporting training, office operations, or logistics is a plus
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Highly detail?oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
