Eaton Corporation located in Moon Township, PA has an opening for a Senior Administrative Assistant.
The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support for various Marketing and Commercial Operations business leaders
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
• Utilize O365 Suite tools for all job functions.
• Performs administrative duties related to maintaining and planning, scheduling, and arrange business meetings and travel itineraries utilizing Outlook tools.
• Prepare and reconcile expense account using the Concur tools
• Process business leaders invoices in the Markview accounting system
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Anticipate the needs of business leaders
• Demonstrated dependability and unquestioned integrity and trust, capable of handling confidential information.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle increased workloads as required and flexibility to adapt to special circumstances and needs
• Organizes and maintain files of business leaders using O365 suite , such as teams collaboration.
• Maintain department organization charts for business leaders utilizing O365 links
• Maintain executive leadership lists quarterly and upload on the Sharepoint site
• Maintain executive marketing directory of product line managers quarterly and upload on Sharepoint site
• Maintain sales managers Nano Rep Tool quarterly
• Collaborate on BULB tool with NAS organizer
• Manages office supply orders and and promotional marketing as needed for marketing business leaders.
• Distributes Corporate sports tickets as directed by coordinator in digital format to customers and employees
• Proven ability to interact successfully with varying levels in and outside the organization in a demeanor that is representative of the leadership team
• Collaborate meeting details with executive assistants of business leaders sending out respective evites as required.
• Attention to detail is critical here
• Partners with operating functions across the divisions as needed such to ensure division and site consistency
• Maintains a dedicated knowledge of procedures, with a broad knowledge of department, divisional products and company organization utilizing Teams and Yammer O365 tools
• Trouble shooting for business leaders on O365 tools, Markview invoicing and Concur travel and expense report tool.
Basic Skills required
• Office 365 suite; including advanced skills using teams, sharepoint site editing, excel, powerpoint, word, and advanced outlook skills.
• Minimum +5 years of experience is required in an administrative role supporting Senior Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presence are required.
• Ability to work in the US without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associates degree from an accredited Institution
