Job Title:  Administrative Assistant 2
Location:  Redmond , WA 
Salary Range:  $35/hr to $38/hr on w2 

Introduction

Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant, where you will play a critical role in supporting a fast-paced product management team within a security organization. You will deliver customer service–driven administrative support in a high-energy environment that values responsiveness and cross-team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be able to work 100% on-site, 5 days per week
  • Must be located within ~30 miles of the worksite
  • Must have prior administrative experience
  • Max 1-2 years of experience with Client 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Max 1-2 years of event planning & execution experience
  • Max 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a product management or security-focused team
  • Strong customer service mindset with a positive and approachable attitude
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to new and unfamiliar requests

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Supporting team operations and performing complex administrative functions
  • Organizing team morale events, offsites, and engagement activities
  • Coordinating office space management and on-site logistics
  • Managing catering and event-related vendor coordination
  • Assisting with and supporting team projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Tracking budgets, expenses, and purchase requests
  • Managing procurement of goods and services
  • Providing general office support and completing special projects as assigned
