Our client, a global  consumer durable company, is seeking  an Administrative Assistant.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant .
Location: Beaverton, OR 97005 -Hybrid 
Duration:  9 Month 
Pay Range: $20 –$22 per hour (DOE)

 
Job Description:
  • Provide administrative support to 2–3 Senior Directors in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events, and logistics while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare, review, and process expense reports using Coupa and Concur.
  • Handle general administrative duties including document preparation, meeting coordination, and executive support.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while supporting several leaders simultaneously.
  • Maintain organized records, calendars, and confidential information with a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient administrative support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative support role.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders or executives.
  • Advanced calendar management experience using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong experience coordinating meetings, travel, and corporate events.
  • Experience with expense management tools such as Coupa and Concur.
  • Previous Nike experience is highly preferred (Nike alumni will receive priority consideration).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
