Summary

As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management, including external business partners. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing business expenses. You will also coordinate meetings and events, oversee department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Additionally, you will manage the procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and vendor relationships. Providing general office support and serving as the department contact, you will also complete special projects as assigned.
