Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with project teams and management to ensure smooth administrative processes and efficient workflow, making a real difference in project success.

What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Organizing timesheets, work-related materials, and preparing documentation necessary for payments and payroll processing.
  • Creating, editing, and maintaining spreadsheets to track project data, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Following up on customer invoices and purchase orders to ensure timely payments and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Performing data entry accurately and efficiently to keep records up-to-date.
  • Providing general office support, including filing, faxing, copying, and managing correspondence.
  • Assisting with project-related documentation and communication as needed to support team operations.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 2 years of clerical or administrative experience within a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with team members and clients.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities to handle a busy workload efficiently.
  • Construction experience is a plus but not required.
  • Independence and initiative—self-starter attitude with a positive, “go-getter” outlook.
