Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple teams. Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain executive standards for communication. Serve as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders. Process expense reports, purchase requests, and other administrative workflows. Support onboarding activities for new team members. Partner with HR, Finance, and Business Operations to support team functioning and ensure alignment with organizational processes. Proactively identify areas to improve efficiency, streamline processes, or enhance communication.

Requirements:
4 years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders or executives, experience supporting VP-level strongly preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished presence. Demonstrated discretion and judgment in handling confidential information. Proficiency with calendar management, collaboration tools, and productivity software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively. High level of attention to detail and follow-through. Experience supporting leaders in a technology, engineering, or manufacturing environment. Experience coordinating executive communications, board-level materials, or business reviews. Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple workstreams. Comfort working across global teams and time zones.
