Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 2 months
• Pay Rate: $19.65 / Hour (USD)
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Take reservations (primarily received via email in Outlook; occasionally via phone call)
• Add reservations to the shared Outlook calendar and assign driver numbers to the reservations
• Send confirmations to the requester (through Outlook)
• Work with drivers and Executive Fleet Coordinator to ensure vehicles are maintained, licensed, and insured
• Provide monthly/quarterly reporting (Form via Excel)
• Respond to client questions via email in Outlook; occasionally via phone call)

• Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Teams
• Strong attention to details
• Good verbal and written communication
• Has had prior customer interaction experience

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Will work 100% onsite
• Junior-level experience
