This full-time position provides administrative support, reception, and officemanagement for the Advising & Transfer Center. The position serves as a key point of contact for all matters related to information about or connection with the services provided. The position provides information and first-line problem resolution for prospective, new/returning, and current students. Duties include reception, scheduling events, project work, front-line departmental support via in-person, phone, and email, organization of electronic and print resources, and office records.
