  • You will have responsibility for providing a high standard of customer service when interacting with customers and staff
  • Effectively screen, process, and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate party
  • Prepare check requests and process departmental invoices
  • You have the responsibility to conduct analysis and research to effectively address any questions that arise regarding invoicing
  • Order and maintain building supplies, track postage spend, execute approved purchases, verify charges, and reconcile accounts as needed
  • Answers mail and inquiries; follows up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out
  • Accurately transcribe notes, agendas, memos, correspondence and reports as well as create KPI reports, graphs, charts, and presentations
  • Manage safety communications, track employee responses, and monitor overall building safety and security
  • You will conduct building orientation for visitors and temps while supervising service contractors and vendors
  • Coordinate employee activities, meeting room availability and order meals as necessary
  • Use business software systems to retrieve information and verify inventory levels
  • Electronically corrects ticket processing errors to be uploaded into JD Edwards
  • Continuously finds ways to improve work processes to increase efficiency in quality, customer service and profitability
  • Other duties as assigned
