About the Role
Primrose School of Auburn is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Assistant to join our leadership team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, staying organized, and supporting both families and teachers in a fast-paced early childhood education environment.
As the first point of contact for many of our families, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while helping ensure the day-to-day operations of the school run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
Welcome and assist current and prospective families
Schedule tours, meetings, and appointments
Organize and maintain office files and records
Assist with administrative tasks and data entry
Support classroom teachers by providing scheduled breaks
Prepare classroom materials and curriculum resources
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office
Assist the leadership team with daily operational needs and special projects
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
Experience in an administrative, receptionist, customer service, or childcare setting is preferred but not required
