We are seeking a motivated candidate with a positive demeanor and willingness to join our incredible organization. This ENTRY LEVEL position is both challenging and rewarding. The ideal individual will enjoy multitasking, have great communication skills, accurate data entry and have a pleasant/friendly personality when meeting customers in person or on the phone. We are looking for a career-oriented team player. Purpose of the Position: Perform entry level administrative duties to support branch sales and operations. Primary role is to process sales orders and material certifications, dispatch inspections and schedule outbound deliveries. Position also functions as a backup for several related office tasks and is cross trained in all office responsibilities. Major Duties: + Order entry into industry specific software - Applied Systems Associates and Sage MAS500. Experience is this software not necessary; we will train you. + Generate material certifications in Microsoft Office Suite of products for review and consideration by third party inspectors. + Daily filing and updating of job files. Frequently review and close jobs as needed to prepare files for long term storage. + Provide excellent customer service by promptly answering phone calls, assisting with any certification questions, scheduling, and quote requests as needed. Minor Duties: + Cross train in other office positions to cover vacations, etc. + Check inbound faxes, handle UPS Shipments, send samples to DOT's as required, and process any credit card payments + Order office supplies as needed to avoid negative quantities + Dispatch for repairs on office equipment and ensure equipment is properly maintained Minimum Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required + Must have high degree of accuracy and attention to detail + Must be able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing + Professional phone demeanor a must + Ability to work in a team environment and treat our customers with courtesy and tact + Ability to proficiently complete simple mathematical calculations + Must be able to perform tasks in a timely manner + Proficiency with computers and Microsoft programs required Benefits: + Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, company paid Life Insurance & STD, and 401K with 3.5% Match + We offer full benefits with options to suit everyone + Incentive based on profit of branch/division of up to 4% of base income + Tuition reimbursement and career development opportunities + Compensation will be based on knowledge, skills, and ability: $20.25 to $23.25 As a condition of employment, all applicants are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check that must be completed, post offer of employment.
