Position Type: Hourly contract (W2 only)
Note: 100% onsite.
Job Description:
- Support office maintenance and operations.
- Orders office supplies and coordinates with vendors.
- Experience in logistic support shipping and receiving.
- Experience in receiving visitors, arranging conference calls/large group meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling Technology social events.
- Coordinate the preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment between lab personnel and vendors.
- Assists in lab maintenance activities, new chemical approvals, chemical inventory, lab computer management, hazardous waste disposal coordination.
- Tracking and submission of invoices and other documentation.
