The City of Becker is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant.

Essential functions of this job include front counter services, administrative and clerical support for communications (internal and external), administrative and clerical support to City Hall staff and finance support.

Minimum Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; one year of post-secondary course work in office administration or two years of administrative support / customer service experience or closely related business experience; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and proficient typing skills.

Preferred qualifications include two years of marketing / communications experience; proficient in the use of Adobe In-Design software or similar publishing software; social media communication; two years of accounting / data entry experience and municipal government experience.
