Our Client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Administrative Assistant for their Benicia, CA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate general office activities, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Support scheduling and calendar management for meetings and events
  • Organize files and documents efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Assist with other general administrative tasks to support the Admin team
  • Entering and categorizing invoices using QuickBooks
 
Requirements:
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or GSuite
  • Experience in QuickBooks is required
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
  • Experience working in a scientific equipment manufacturing environment is a plus
