The Administrative Assistant role offers hours Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 PM, with potential for full-time employment, paying $23-$25/hr, located in Benicia, CA.

This position provides essential administrative and financial support, ensuring smooth daily operations. Key duties include answering calls, greeting visitors, preparing documents, maintaining filing systems, and performing clerical tasks.

Financial responsibilities involve high-volume data entry into QuickBooks and D365, processing P.O.s, managing A/P and A/R, GL coding, and tracking expenses and employee hours with accuracy.

Candidate must handle sensitive information discreetly, communicate effectively, and possess at least 2+ years' experience with strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in ERP systems, and advanced MS Office skills. Preferred qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree in related fields.
