Position summary:
Administrative Assistant performs data entry duties in a busy office setting.
This role will maintain both electronic and hard copy files, enter employees’ hours and assist with general administrative tasks.
Work Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm or 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm
Or
Tuesday – Saturday 8:00am – 4:00pm or 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Enter employees’ hours in Costpoint based upon physical copy timesheets and scheduling software
Uploading documents weekly to electronic filing systems and maintaining physical copies
Organize and maintain electronic files and physical documentation to ensure accurate recordkeeping
Track and record employees leave
Perform weekly audits of electronic files and physical copies to ensure data accuracy remains 100%
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Must have previous data entry experience
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
Preference:
Knowledge of Deltek
Costpoint
Working conditions:
Work is performed in a busy office environment with frequent interruptions.
May be required to lift and carry awkward or bulky items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
