What You’ll Do

This position oversees ordering and coordination of administrative duties around inventory, budgeting, keeping of expense records, ordering of program supplies and resident needs. This position also provides support with documentation and record keeping. Your responsibilities may includes:

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

 High school diploma or GED and minimum one year of office related experience.

Other Qualifications:

  • At least twenty-one (21) years of age
  • Ability to pass ORR background check with a review that goes back 7 years.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Valid registered vehicle insurance.
  • Must pass both federal and state background checks which screen for crimes including, but not limited to drug related crimes, violent crimes, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and repeated misdemeanors.
  • Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks, including but not limited to employment and/or personal reference and driving records.
  • Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
  •  Non-communicable diseases physical exam.

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Shift: Monday – Friday 

 Must be available to work weekends!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed

• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
