Job Description
The Administrative Assistant in the Division of Information Technology provides vital administrative support to the Vice President for Information Technology and CIO as well as other designated leaders. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this role is essential for enhancing the operational efficiency of the division through effective management of schedules, communications, and documentation.

This position requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic team environment. The Administrative Assistant will manage a variety of tasks including preparing documents, organizing meetings, and supporting IT projects, all while maintaining a professional and positive image of the division in all interactions.
Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively, and possess excellent communication skills to foster a supportive and efficient workplace.
