We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage email inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, memos, agendas, and maintain filing systems, including scanning documents.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, oversee equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense reporting.

  • Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
