We are currently seeking a qualified Administrative Specialist at Villages at our Summergrove Apartments in the Bowling Green, OH area.

The work - How you will contribute: In accordance with the Wallick Mission and Values, the Administrative Specialists will provide administrative support to the communities within the district.   
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:   
  • Execute various administrative functions including but not limited to:  
    • Entering the system and tracking maintenance work orders.  
    • Processing all accounts payable paperwork.  
    • Preparation and distribution of various community notices.  
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.  
About You: 
  • You have a minimum of 2 years' previous experience in an administrative, accounts payable/receivable, or customer relations role preferred.  
  • You have general knowledge of accounting is a plus.
  • You have proficiency in operating a computer and Microsoft Office Software.   
  • You have previous Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
  • You assist with application processing when needed. 
  • You have a valid driver’s license.  
  • You can pay close attention to detail to prevent mistakes. 
  • You are able to organize and manage multiple priorities; uses his/her time effectively and efficiently; and concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities. 
  • You can get together resources in order to accomplish tasks; and are able to put information together in a useful manner.
