The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in maintaining the organization and flow of office operations for a luxury custom building company. This individual will support internal teams through document management, coordination, communication, and administrative processes.
 
 
This is a highly detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational habits, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
 
 Key Responsibilities
 


  •  Provide general administrative support to office staff and leadership 
  •  Manage and organize digital and physical files in accordance with company systems 
  •  Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution 
  •  Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications 
  •  Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations 
  •  Support project teams with administrative tasks as needed 
  •  Assist with data entry and record keeping across various platforms 
  •  Uphold company standards for document control and organization
Qualifications
 


  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook required) 
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills 
  •  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities 
  •  Clear and professional communication skills 
  •  High attention to detail and accuracy 
  •  Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative workflows 
  •  Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
Work Requirements
 


  • In-person position – 5 days per week
  • Ability to commute to Bridgehampton, NY 
  • Ability to relocate to Bridgehampton, NY prior to starting work (Required)
