  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the school.
  • Assist in maintaining student records and managing enrollment processes.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for staff and families.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and visitors.
  • Support financial operations including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Handle correspondence and communication efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive demeanor with a passion for working with children and families.
  • Background check clearance and CPR/First Aid certification required.
