Administrative Assistant
Zielies is looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant. You will assist and support various departments within the company to perform general administrative duties.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Organize/Book travel for team members
- Compose emails for office staff
- Carry out administrative duties, such as scanning, typing, filing, data entry, etc.
- Maintain office supplies by tracking inventory, anticipating future needs, and ordering supplies as needed
- Support and guide office visitors
- Submit expense reports
- Equipment tracking reports
- Prepare and review invoices
- Develop and maintain contact lists and files
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties
- Other administrative tasks to support the office staff
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- A successful candidate will have previous experience in office administration duties
- Team player – personable with strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency/Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database management (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
