Job Description:
This Administrative Coordinator will support a healthcare team by performing chart research, patient outreach, and data collection activities. The role involves reviewing medical records in Epic, calling patients to remind them of upcoming appointments, and contacting external facilities to gather required information. The coordinator will ensure accurate documentation and timely communication across stakeholders while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Requirements:- 2 years of administrative support experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with chart review and data extraction from medical records
- Ability to conduct outbound calls to patients and external facilities
- Experience with appointment coordination and patient communication
Must Have:- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
- Experience with data collection and reporting workflows
