POSITION SUMMARY
Serves resident, staff, and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Manages incoming and outgoing telephone calls and messages in a professional and efficient manner. Performs various clerical duties which support in the presentation and operation of Twin Lakes Community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

o Vehicle and golf cart registration and issue gate passes
o Fishing permits
o Issue visitor badges
o Keep a supply of all Twin Lakes brochures available at reception desk
o Receive and sort mail and other deliveries
o Make guest facility reservations and prepare billing receipts
o Update Independent Living Resident email and cell phone directories
o Daily Check-In call system and log out of town residents
o Proofread newsletters as needed and assist with formatting.
o Keep various forms updated and available at reception desk.
General Responsibilities
Knowledgeable of resident rights and ensure an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment.
Support and adhere to specific procedures and programs for:
a. Safety, including standard precautions and safe work practices, established fire/safety/disaster plans, risk management and security, reporting unsafe working conditions, equipment repair, and maintenance needs.
b. Confidentiality of all data, including resident, employee, and operational data.
c. Quality Assurance and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
d. Compliance with current law /policy to provide a work environment free from harassment and illegal and discriminatory behavior.
e. Other organizational and departmental events in the performance of job duties.
a. Cooperate with co-workers, other departments, and supervisors; a productive member of my team, willing to jump in when I see a need with co-workers, residents, and guests.
b. Complete job duties accurately, with minimal direction/supervision, and in a timely manner; inquisitive and offer suggestions.
c. Demonstrate good judgment when making decisions; listen to the opinions of others and work to find the best solutions. Use tactful and appropriate communications in all situations.
d. Complete requirements for in-service/training, and other work duties as assigned.
