As an Administrative Assistant with Camera & Photos, you will provide administrative and calendar support to a director and their software engineering team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask while working in a cutting edge, change-oriented environment in the Camera and Photo's team in Software Engineering.
The Administrative Assistant will have the following responsibilities: Provide calendar support to a director and their team
Multi-task, prioritize, and execute a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, accuracy and timelines.
Plan, coordinate and execute internal events such as off-sites, team building events and organizational wide meetings (all hands).
Plan, coordinate and execute internal team moves between offices/buildings.Desired 5+ years of admin experience in a corporate environment
Proficient in calendar management to ensure smooth day-to-day events are in line with business priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable communicating with senior executives and their teams
A forward-thinker who takes initiative, can successfully manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously, problem solving and constant drive for process improvement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure
Very organized, has an exceptional response rate and flexibility to be available outside of business hours on occasion
Exceptional ability to partner with others within the various engineering and administrative teams; strong collaborative and diplomatic skills
Calm, confident and professional during high stress situations; attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are required
Ability to be a great teammate who can work in a collaborative environment with global teams in multiple time zones.
Efficient in Apple hardware and software, especially Calendar, Mail, Keynote, Numbers, Pages is desired
Plan and coordinate workshops, meetings & events from start to finish including event logistics, communication, materials, catering and technology set up
Provide on-site on the ground support during events, including setup and troubleshooting
Track all event-related expenses and ensure proper approvals are obtained in advance
Ability to exercise good judgement when exposed to highly confidential information
Ability to be a great teammate who can work in a collaborative environment with global teams in multiple time zones.
