Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $30 - $32/hr
Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations & Engineering (O&E) Supervisor and Electric Regional Operations team.

Manage and maintain the Electric Troubleshooter schedule and coordinate daily staffing assignments.

Support workload prioritization and scheduling activities.
-
Track, document, and process customer and third-party damage reports.
-
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
-
Coordinate ETS pre-arranged customer request jobs and monitor workflow status.
-
Track ETS AED inspections and maintain compliance-related records.
-
Support ETS safety meetings by taking notes, distributing meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
-
Perform data entry, reporting, records management, communications, and other administrative support duties.

Complete additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
