Location: Manor, TX
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements:
- 2+ years' general office/ administrative experience supporting a variety of functions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, or similar programs required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to compose and proofread correspondence, prioritize, and self-manage with general direction.
Job Duties:
- Provides administrative support with duties that include answering phones, delivering messages, data entry, creating and maintaining logs, creating Excel spreadsheets and charts, creating PowerPoint presentations, scheduling appointments, filing, and other tasks as requested.
- Maintains general office systems and functions, including ordering office supplies, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, updating the postage machine, break room supply order management, and ordering and coordinating catering deliveries.
- Create and manage an Event Committee made up of site employees who communicate an interest in site activities.
- Plan and coordinate monthly employee engagement activities, with support of the Event Committee, for all site employees.
- Coordinate with other sites and the corporate office to share information and provide regular reports on items of shared interest.
- Create, reconcile, and get appropriate approvals for expense reports (using an Excel-formatted document).
- Process and issue approved Spot Awards and track them in Excel.
- Create and issue Service Award Certificates and track them in Excel.
- Issue and track Safety Shoe Vouchers and Safety Glass Request Orders.
- Works on special projects, as requested, to support the site.
