We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization looking for an outstanding Administrative Assistant to assist our executive team. Ideal candidates will have:
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Very strong ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize well
- Ability to succeed in deadline driven environment
- Ability to work well with C-level executives, vendors and customers
- An impeccable attendance record
Strong excel background and Jera/Supply knowledge preferred.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drafting and tracking purchase order requests
- Producing and maintaining reports
- Reconciling expenses
- Maintain files and business records
- Typing and mailing correspondence
- Screening calls for C-level executives
Candidates must have reliable personal transportation, clean criminal history and be drug-free. This is a full-time position eligible for vacation and health benefits.
