We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Claremore, OK. Required Experience & Skills

High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED(Associate degree preferred)
Previous administrative or office experience REQUIRED
Manufacturing or industrial office experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with ERP systems or inventory software preferred
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to management, production teams, and office staff
Answer phones and respond to emails professionally and promptly
Enter and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
Support production and operations teams with documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
Process paperwork including work orders, invoices, and inventory documentation
Coordinate communication between departments, vendors, and customers
Order and track office supplies while supporting general office operations
Follow all company procedures, office policies, and safety guidelines

Work Environment

Manufacturing / industrial office setting
Frequent communication with production, warehouse, management, and office personnel
Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
Primarily desk/computer-based role with ongoing coordination responsibilities
