Handles all office administrat
ive needs, including ensuring
that the office is properly equipped to support the Warranty Manager.
Organizes and maintains the fi
le system for the Warranty
office. Records data from various reports into SAP, ensuring that the information entered is accurate. Assists in coordinating site activities for minor contracts as needed.
Maintains spreadsheets trackin
g various items such as invoic
es, material purchased, and petty cash. Handles all consumable part orders received from the sites.
Distributes files and faxes an
y correspondence according to
instructions. Handles all SAP field-related problems directly with the Site Clerks. Sometimes responsible for processing failed parts from the field office.
Must work well under pressure,
and be able to communicate pr
ofessionally with the field sites as well as all departments. Must present a professional, competent, and organized impression. Can work independently if required, without direct supervision.
