    Corporate Vendor Management (CVM) enables Schwab to effectively engage and partner with third parties. This function supports Schwab's strategic goals and focus areas by helping to direct the firm's significant third-party spend. Its core responsibilities include building a strategic approach to vendor relationships, securing value through expert negotiations, and managing third-party risk in line with firm and regulatory expectations. In addition, the function is responsible for our Travel and Corporate Card programs and policies. This role will be in Omaha, NE.

    What you''ll do:

    The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Head of Corporate Vendor Management of Charles Schwab, owning various administrative duties and projects. Responsibilities include:

    • Complex calendar time management to balance business needs for senior leaders.
    • Optimization of our regular and ad hoc meetings including conference room and logistical arrangements.
    • Collaborating on setting dates for critical gatherings and Leadership Meetings.
    • Preparation of materials utilizing an array of tools including AI- Copilot, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to develop attractive, graphic-intensive and compelling documents to drive engagement.
    • Development of routine and specialized management reports.
    • Problem solve and propose alternative plans for a wide array of potential challenges.
    • Ongoing oversight, management, and delivery of programs.
    • Travel management including reservations, invoice processing and expense reporting.

    In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experienced Executive Assistant with proven high-level performance supporting Senior Executives - the nature of the experience is more important than the number of years.
    • Technically savvy, proficient in Microsoft Applications and able to learn new technologies rapidly.
    • Proven project management skills and detail orientation, consistently delivers accurate and high-quality work and expects it of others.
    • A bias for action, highly organized, and proven ability to successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Process orientation - thinks systemically, "connects the dots" and anticipates challenges or needs.
    • Great interpersonal and communications skills-- written and verbal, face to face, telephonic and electronic.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop strong, positive working relationships with others, comfortable dealing with employees, senior executives, vendors, external partners, and regulators.
    • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, results-oriented, fast-paced matrix environment with frequent interruptions, changing deadlines and sometimes conflicting priorities.Flexible, adaptable, and resilient.
    • Unimpeachable integrity, trusted by others and able to deal with highly sensitive information.
    • Ability to develop effective solutions by taking a holistic, abstract, or theoretical perspective with minimal oversight and guidance.
