Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Human Resources)
Location: On-site
Schedule: Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours per week
Duration: 6 Month Temporary Assignment
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour 


Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources Department on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys organization, and can handle a high volume of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
* Provide front-line phone coverage, directing calls and assisting with general inquiries
* Perform high-volume filing, scanning, and document management
* Organize and maintain HR file systems, including physical file room cleanup and structure
* Ensure documents are accurately labeled, stored, and easily retrievable
* Support general administrative tasks as needed by the HR team





Required Qualifications
* Minimum 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
* Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
* Proficient with basic office equipment and Microsoft Office


Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience supporting Human Resources or working in an HR environment
* Experience with document control, records management, or file organization projects
