Client Overview:
Our client is a global investment advisory and asset management company focused on real estate, credit, equity, and a broad range of financial assets. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support a team of six experienced Auditors.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$70k - $75k

Position Overview:
This Administrative Assistant role combines traditional administrative support with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint production and emerging AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. You will be a key partner to the Audit team, ensuring meetings run smoothly, materials are professional and consistent, and new AI capabilities are identified and adopted.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Compile and format PowerPoint slide decks for various audit committee and leadership meetings.
  • Consolidate materials from multiple auditors into cohesive, polished presentations (consistent format, fonts, language, and structure).
  • Perform quality checks on presentations for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Distribute final decks back to the team in advance of meetings.
  • Schedule and manage recurring and ad hoc meetings for the audit team and related committees.
  • Send calendar invitations, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate any required technology or meeting logistics.
  • Track and manage key dates, deadlines, and deliverables for the team.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with one-off tasks as needed, stepping in wherever help is required.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • 3+ years of administrative or coordinator experience supporting a professional team or department.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, formatting, and written communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Comfort working onsite with a close-knit, long-tenured team.
  • Genuine interest in AI tools and technology, with a desire to learn and teach others.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
