Administrative Assistant | 8:00AM - 5:00PM | Mon-Fri | $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

A property title company in Decatur, IL is looking for a Administrative Assistant.

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Previous banking or legal experience would be a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Good typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant
  • Answering phones
  • Greeting walk-in appointments
  • Maintaining calendar schedules
  • Using internet-based systems
  • Preparing documents and reviewing for completion and accuracy
  • Managing electronic storage of documents
