Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking reliable and professional candidates for an Administrative Assistant position with an Industrial and Commercial Mechanical Service Company. This position will pay between $16 - $18 / hour, and the hours are M-F from 8:00 A.M.- 4:30 P.M.

Responsibilities:
  • Clerical responsibilities include filing, answering phones, customer service, assisting with data entry
  • Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
  • Willing to do a 4 hour interview
  • QuickBooks experience is required
  • Able to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person
  • Able to multi-task
