Job Details


+ Location : Dover, NJ 07801

+ Pay : $30.00 per hour

+ Shift/Hours: Monday , 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


This is a fully on-site position.


Requirements


+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ Minimum 2 years of administrative experience handling confidential information

+ Minimum 1 year of payroll experience

+ Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

+ Must be able to obtain lawful access to export-controlled items


Preferred Qualifications


+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from an accredited institution

+ Previous Human Resources experience


Job Description


+ Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings

+ Maintain employee records and HR databases

+ Scan and archive HR files to Iron Mountain

+ Organize and maintain new hire binders

+ Manage Service Awards, AwardCo, and employee rewards distribution

+ Manage employee warnings and documentation

+ Maintain I-9, ITAR, and background check records

+ Own training tracking within the TTS system

+ Order office and department supplies

+ Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries

+ Assist with plant-wide meetings, company events, and activities

+ Support HR projects and employee engagement initiatives

+ Complete termination paperwork

+ Perform WorkBrain updates as needed

+ Process payroll in the absence of the Payroll Administrator

+ Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
