We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and office support to multiple supervisors. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Location: Duarte, CA
Pay: 22.50 - 24.50/hr
Type: Contract (Possible hire)
Schedule: M-F, 1st shift
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to multiple supervisors and teams
Answer and route phone calls; greet and direct visitors
Schedule meetings, interviews, and manage calendars
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Perform data entry, filing, and general office coordination
Conduct basic internet research as needed
Maintain organized records and documentation
Qualifications
3-5 years of administrative or office support experience
Strong experience with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and support multiple stakeholders
