Our Client, a well-established, privately owned industrial cleaning supply, equipment and service company, is seeking an experienced, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant with a strong customer service and computer background to join their team.
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
· • General office duties to include emailing, filing, copying, printing, data entry, mailing, keeping a professional office appearance
• Welcome and assist visitors and staff in a friendly and helpful manner
• Answers all inbound phone calls, emails, and routes them accordingly
• Manage correspondence and interact with clients and vendors professionally
• Maintain office inventory, ordering, and office equipment
• Create and prepare reports for management, service, and sales team members
• Employees may be cross-trained and asked to assist in other departments within the company based on operational needs, workload demands, or staffing requirements
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Overview:
·Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
·Hourly rate based on experience
·Individual Medical coverage eligible upon 90 days of service
·Vacation and Personal Days earned
