- Provides administrative support to the Academic Operations and Health Professions Division, including scheduling, correspondence, and project assistance.
- Maintains office organization, manages supplies, and coordinates workflows for efficiency.
- Serves as the primary contact for inquiries, handling communications professionally.
- Maintains confidential records and assists with event planning and logistics.
- Supports budget tracking, data entry, and student inquiries, ensuring data accuracy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma, 3+ years office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe, strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
Preferred qualifications: Associate or higher degree, familiarity with college systems, and prior academic experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Additional info: Pension eligible; must meet NJ residency law if hired after 9/1/2011.
