Administrative Assistant – Elmont, NY
Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Open-Ended Contract Role
Pay Rate: $27.47–$30.21/hr
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route phone calls professionally
- Assist with creating and updating PowerPoint presentations
- Track and follow up on requests from the COO
- Review and monitor electronic timecards for accuracy
- Provide general administrative and operational support
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with daily office coordination and team needs
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
