Your Impact
 
In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations. You will directly support the HR Department and the Management team, ensuring our facility, staff, and clients have exactly what they need to succeed.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • HR Support: Assist the HR Manager with recruiting, onboarding, and department needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
  • Supply Management: Order and track office, client, and facility supplies.
  • Research & Editing: Help research and update compliance plans required by governing entities.
  • Team Assistance: Tackle diverse administrative projects and shifting tasks as assigned.
 
What You Bring
 
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Previous administrative or office assistant experience preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Gear Familiarity: Comfort operating standard office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems).
  • Core Strengths: Exceptional organization, deep attention to detail, and great people skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Independence: Ability to work self-sufficiently and manage your own time.
